Organization Replication begins with the premiss that an Organiztion creates jobs that will result in Profitailtiy.
This is true even in a non-profit Organization where the goal
is to meet the budget and not go over it and produce a defict.
We will illustrate Organization Replication in three ways:
First, we will demonstrate how an Existing Organization is Replicated into two essentially identical Teams.
Second, we will show how the two Teams will function between one Team Operating the Organization with the other Team on Leave. We also illustrate a proposed use
of the six month Leave time.
Third, we will demonstrate, through comparison with a single Organization, how the concept of Organization Replication can maximize the three elements of Performance, Productivity and Profitability.
