Organization Replication is the business model by which an Existing Vertical Organization (EVO), working on a traditional 40 Hour Work Week, is converted to a 50 Hour Work Week. This results in a recombining of tasks in each position or job to create an EVO with fewer positons and jobs. This new EVO is replicated into a Replicated Vertical Organization (RVO) with the same positions and jobs on a 50 Hour Work Week. The new RVO begins a Scheduled Work Time (SWT) operating the organization. At the same time the EVO is placed on Scheduled Leave Time (SLT) that includes a vacation, volunteer work, education or training and discretionary use of the remaining time.
At the end of the first Phase the EVO returns to its SWT to operate the organization and the RVO rotates to its SLT for vacation, volunteer work, education or training and discretionary time.
The EVO and RVO continue rotating between SWT and SLT during equal Phases over a Defined Period of Time (DPT)
