Projects for Research
We plan a research project for the public sector such as two departments in a state agency or at the county or local government level. Our goal is to study how the culture of a governmental enity would respond to dual organizations.
The manfacturing sector has the most experience with job sharing on a horizonial basis with two to three daily shifts. Their experience should make creating two vertical organizations easier. Our research project will focus on the common elements and evaluate the new issues encountered.

We are planning research projects in three types of basic Organizations, Leave Time and Management and Communication Issues. Each will study the cultural issues that would need to be addressed in order to successfully implement an Organization Replication plan.
