Our Mission Statement

Today the American Workforce is being battered by economic change.
These changes are in the form of job outsourcing to foreign shores,
job elimination from productivity improvements, innovations in technology and corporate down sizing. Our belief is that the jobs that remain offer the opportunity to finally realize the "American Dream" of a productive and satisfied society. What we propose is the society wide establishment of Organization Replication through individual job sharing. This would be a means by which while one Organization team was working its Replicated team would be on "leave of absence" enjoying a vacation, aiding volunteer organizations, pursuing education and developing new skills and interests. After an established period of time the working team would rotate to a "leave of absence" and other team would return to resume working. The rotation of these teams would be permanent.
